The new INNSIDE Manchester

INNSIDE hotel marks Manchester debut with local business partnerships

INNSIDE, the international hotel chain, has sealed partnerships with a number of Manchester businesses as it makes its debut in the city.

Following its May launch, the 208-bedroom INNSIDE Manchester, which is based on the new First Street development in the heart of the city, has teamed up with several local firms to enhance the experience it offers for its customers.

Among the enterprises with which the chain has joined forces are contemporary art centre HOME Manchester, parking operator Q-Park, City Spa Escapes and Tweed Brewing Co, which has created a beer called ‘Street on First’ especially for INNSIDE Manchester’s bar.

The hotel’s general manager, Adam Munday, commented: “We’re very excited to have chosen Manchester as our flagship UK city for INNSIDE and we wanted to make our mark. We know that while a lot of our guests will be familiar with Manchester, it will be the first time in the city for many people and we want to offer them a full concierge-style service, so they can access the very best of the city through the hotel.

“Teaming up with HOME made perfect sense as its programme features the very best in international film, contemporary visual art and great new theatre.”

He added: “We’re also proud to be supporting Manchester-based companies, such as City Spa Escapes and Tweed Brewing Co, and are always keen to discuss new projects with like-minded brands.”

INNSIDE Manchester is hoping its restaurant and bar, where tapas-style meals and cocktails will be served, will attract those leaving the HOME centre, which is also located on the First Street development.

Dave Moutrey, HOME’s director and chief executive, said: “We’re thrilled to have teamed up with Innside and are proud to be part of the brand’s first foray into Manchester.

“We’re excited that, together with First Street’s other newcomers, we have the opportunity to make the development a success and create a vibrant, ‘must-see’ corner of the city.”
