Greater Manchester fit-out specialist lands NatWest funding
Fit-out and refurb specialist CPF Installation Ltd has bought new premises in Dukinfield, near Manchester, after signing a six-figure deal with NatWest.
The company previously operated from three buildings, but director Andy Hibbert said he believes that having the entire team operating under one roof will allow the company to increase production.
NatWest’s relationship manager, Jamie Grimshaw, said: “I was delighted to support CPF Installation with its move to new premises. The business has been going from strength to strength, and I wish the business every success for the future.”
Specialising in industrial, retail and commercial builds, CPF Installation’s services include construction projects, commercial office furniture installation, exterior and interior refurbishment, project management, civil and structural adaptations and joinery.
CPF Installation’s Andy Hibbert commented: “Our strategy is to grow, in a careful manner, through repeat business with our clients and we strive to exceed their requirements and expectations.
“The purchase process was quite difficult - as property purchases can be, but Jamie was very supportive and patient from the time our offer was accepted to completion. He helped us find the solutions we needed to move forward with the purchase.”
CPF Installation was established in 2008 and has been with NatWest customer since then.
