Insurance firm Caunce O'Hara secures duo of contract wins
Insurance broker Caunce O’Hara has been selected to handle the insurance requirements of two umbrella companies in a recent double contract win.
The Manchester-based firm has signed 12-month contracts with Priority Pay Services Ltd and Nasa Umbrella Ltd, with the possibility of an extension being agreed at a later date.
Caunce O’Hara’s managing director, Stephen Darcy, said: “Nasa and Priority Pay are well respected in the umbrella and contractor services industries throughout UK and we are delighted to have been appointed by these companies.
“We have considerable experience in the umbrella sector, so we are very excited to see how we can help these partnerships develop.”
The firm, which has offices on King Street, formed an insurance programme for each company by carrying out an audit into their policies.
Nasa’s Alex Spendley commented: “Caunce O’Hara clearly understands our goals as a business and its long-standing expertise in professional indemnity insurance will significantly enhance our service offering.
“We have been impressed with the team’s approach and ability to deliver solutions that fit our needs and long-term goals.”
The two wins mark a 12-month period of changes at Caunce O’Hara, as the company plans to rebrand and extend its services to cover America, South Africa and Australia before the close of 2015.
