ClassicLine chooses Transactor for niche motor
Insurance software provider Transactor Global Solutions Limited (TGSL) has provided a new software system for ClassicLine Insurance Services (ClassicLine). The software underpins ClassicLine’s niche motor lines of business, including sports, performance, collectable, custom, hot rod, kit, replica and classic cars.
As an established broker trusted by more than 25,000 specialist and classic car owners, ClassicLine required a flexible software system which could support its call centre operation and website for both B2C and B2B trading.
Following a detailed specification and scope phase, the new system is now fully operational and accommodates a range of policy processes, for multiple niche lines, from new business to MTAs and renewals. Solutions for document management and accounts are also included and as with all Transactor deployments, responsive websites are included as standard.
Darren Ansell, Operations Director, ClassicLine, said, “For niche motor we felt that TGSL had the only system in the market that suited our requirements and business needs. We are looking forward to grow ClassicLine further using our new TGSL platform. “
Simon Macray, Director of Insurer Relations, TGSL, said, “We’re delighted that ClassicLine has chosen Transactor for its niche motor lines and we enjoyed working closely with the team to get the new system live.
“ClassicLine is an exciting, fast growing business which prides itself in putting its customers first. By streamlining business processes and providing a better experience both online and in the call centre the new Transactor system will benefit both ClassicLine and its policyholders. We look forward to supporting the business as it moves to an exciting phase of growth.”
