Spud and Lettuce aim to provide a choice of healthier fresh fast food to their customers whom are often rushed for time, and looking for fast efficient service. The menu available includes jacket and sweet potatoes, wraps, salads, smoothies/shakes, special dietary options and a breakfast menu. They are located in the centre of The Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle, the UK’s largest office park.
