Communicator launches new product significantly cutting down time for email marketers
Communicator, a strategic email service partner, has achieved a new landmark in its history after launching its biggest ever product update. Now in its 12th year, the company, which has a North East base, was acquired by publisher Trinity Mirror for £8million in 2012 and continues to go from strength to strength.
Having invested heavily in the business since the acquisition and seeing its headcount increase by 50 per cent, Communicator’s clients are now realising the benefits of the increased infrastructure.
Jonathan Prest, CTO at Communicator, said: “We’ve been working on our latest release for almost two years and we think it’s a real game-changer.
“Our new template designer tool allows marketers to build emails in a fraction of the time, without the need for any additional design resource – meaning marketers can send bespoke email campaigns using significantly less resource.”
Taking away the need for emailers to have to deal with code, the new tool allows marketers to build emails in a simple, drag a drop interface. The tool writes email HTML code itself after the graphic style has been shaped, meaning coding expertise and cross-device testing is no longer necessary.
Communicator has a webinar, detailing the benefits of the new software, available for anyone to watch.
With no plans to hold off on any further growth investment, the company looks set to bring new leading technology to the most-effective digital marketing channel over the next few years.
James Bunting, MD at Communicator, added: “We’re experts in email performance and we’re focused on helping ambitious brands optimise their campaigns with ease.“Our product strategy is based on ease of use and performance measurement – we’re confident we have some unique ideas to provide genuinely innovative improvements to the email channel.”
