Top two floors of Middlesbrough's tallest building brought to market

Teesside-based property consultants Dodds Brown LLP has brought more than 16,000 sq. ft. of prime grade A office space onto the market, making the top two floors of Centre North East, Middlesbrough’s tallest building, available for rent.

Centre North East is a landmark building on Albert Road in Middlesbrough, its occupiers include Trillium, Provident Financial and Siemens.

The 16,250 sq. ft. space has become available following Amec’s merger with tenant Foster Wheeler Energy and their subsequent relocation to Darlington. Floor 16 of 8,750 sq. ft. and floor 17 of 7,500 sq. ft. are available separately or together.

The office space has been recently refurbished, with air conditioning, raised floors, suspended ceilings, five 16 person lifts and secure car parking. Moreover, the offices have been refitted in the past 18 months and office furniture is available by separate negotiation.

Stephen Brown, Senior Partner at Dodds Brown, said: “Having the best views in Teesside will count for lot with prospective occupiers, but the recent refurbishment and refit, along with plenty of car parking should help attract strong interest.”
