100k in-store investment for North East flooring retailer
Frank’s the Flooring Store, the expanding North East flooring retailer, is undergoing a £100k investment in in-store enhancements.
Showrooms across the North East, including those in Stockton, Sunderland, Newcastle, Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Redcar and Spennymoor, are to receive a boost from the investment.
The aim of the development is to boost the customer experience, with upgrades to display areas and other visual aspects of the stores. The iconic and much-loved Frank’s the Flooring Store brand will not be affected.
Mick Copeland, Business Development Manager at Frank’s the Flooring Store, said: “We want to ensure that customers get a fantastic experience every time they come into a Frank’s the Flooring Store.
“That means constantly reviewing everything from the service we provide to the environment in our stores.
“This investment marks the latest in that ongoing process, giving these stores a re-fresh that ensures our wide range of flooring products are showcased in the best possible way for customers.”
There are 25 Frank’s the Flooring Store branches around the North East.
