IT company relocates to Preston Riversway Docklands
A national quality assurance and IT software testing company has moved its head office to a key location on Preston Riversway Docklands, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP.
Test-Direct have taken 4,261 sq ft at 3a Edward VII Quay, Navigation Way. They make the move from city centre offices to the marina location which has been let from landlords Mapeley Group. through local joint agents Robert Pinkus & Co. and Bailey Deakin Hamiltons.
Simon Pickersgill from Test-Direct said, “We have been exploring various options to facilitate our development plans for a while and the available office space at Edward Quay ticked all the boxes for us. We remain in Preston which means we can expand with minimum disruption and upheaval to our team and productivity. We are pleased to secure new offices in a great location within this popular quayside development.”
A further 3,176 sq ft is still available to let at Edward VII Quay which is located on the dockside, overlooking the marina. Local amenities are plentiful including Morrisons supermarket, Odeon Cinema, Homebase and Argos, Pets at Home, Mothercare, DW Fitness and various restaurant and fast food facilities. Other occupiers within the development include KPMG, The Football League and Yorkshire Bank.
