Gateshead print provider branches out to the North West
United Carlton, a Gateshead-headquartered print services provider, is expanding to the North West with the opening of a new office in Warrington.
The new office, on Risley’s Trident Business Park, raises the number of full-time employees to over 100 and will enable the team to continue servicing existing local clients, such as Sage and Greggs, whilst continuing to showcase technology and brands from the print services industry.
United Carlton directors Matthew Wootten and Richard Slingsby will head up the new North West team.
Matthew Wootten said: “Our move to Warrington reinforces our commitment to the North West region and its business community.
“With existing clients in the area and further plans for expansion in 2015, we felt the time was right to open an office in the North West and Warrington was the obvious and first choice for us.
“We have every confidence that this office will be just as successful as our Gateshead and York offices which is why we have made a significant investment to be here.
The new Warrington office is United Carlton’s latest expansion and the first stage of its growth strategy for 2015. The firm recently reported its tenth consecutive year of growth.
United Carlton’s MD John Watson said: “This latest expansion is another step forward for United Carlton’s planned expansion and we intend to continue to provide the best value managed print service to both national and regional businesses.
“Customer service quality is one of the cornerstones of our business. Our expansion into the North West reflects our dedication to maintaining our strong customer focus.
“We are now able to offer greater support to our clients in Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool, as well as the surrounding areas. Our local presence in the area now gives us a strong base as we continue to expand our business throughout the country.”
United Carlton provides highly productive and cost-effective print solutions including fully-managed print services, photocopiers, colour and mono multi-function devices, desktop printers, print software and audio visual equipment.
