Seven new tenants at Network Space’s centrix@keys
Commercial Real Estate Investment, Development and Management group, Network Space has announced the completion of seven new deals at its Keys Business Village on Keys Park Road, Hednesford in Cannock.
A total of 26 jobs will be supported through the new deals within the centrix@keys business centre’s serviced offices.
The companies signing new deals are: Curran & Co (solicitors), Rapid Response Medical Ltd (medical assistance company), Dr Weigert UK Ltd, (medical hygiene supplier), Pine Forest Homes Ltd (care provider), Tranter Mills Solicitors Ltd (property law firm), R. Bugg Forwarding Ltd (shipping company) and, Verso Communications Ltd (graphic branding agency).
Centrix@keys provides state-of-the-art business accommodation to start-up and growing companies. The building is rated as ‘very good’ on the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) scale.
Tenants based at centrix@keys benefit from modern facilities including meeting and conference rooms, on-site secretarial support, and allocated car parking facilities.
Leigh Pemberton, Network Space’s business centre manager at centrix@keys said: “It is fantastic news for the Keys Business Village that we have secured this number of new deals in the past few weeks. We are now operating at 75 per cent occupancy on our serviced offices and are fully let on our managed offices, which is tremendously encouraging.
“The deals are a clear signal of the strength of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Cannock area and demonstrate that if we put the correct product into the market at the right price, then there are deals to be done.”
