Shipping giant relocates to Python Properties’ flagship Middlesbrough offices

Teesside property regeneration firm, Python Properties, has welcomed Cory Brothers into its historic Cargo Fleet Offices.

The logistics and maritime services provider, part of the Braemar ACM Group, offers a range of solutions for transportation needs.

Initially established in the mid 1800’s, the company has seen solid growth based on shipping and customer service expertise and experience gained across three centuries.

The company employs a team of around 350 at offices around the UK and overseas.

Cory Brothers has chosen to move its team in Middlesbrough to the new Cargo Fleet Offices site thanks to its easy access to the A66 and also the berths and terminals along the Tees as well as the offices’ modern, hi-tech facilities.

Python Properties is one of the North East’s leading commercial property companies and was established in 1997 by Peter Broome and Martin Johnson.

The business has properties across the North of England, including the Co-Operative Buildings and Royal Middlehaven House in Middlesbrough, the historic St George’s House in Bolton and West Riding House in Bradford’s commercial centre.
