Franco Manca, the sourdough pizza brand, will take a 1,525 sq ft site at 20 The Broadway, Wimbledon. Set to open this winter, the restaurant will trade across two floors, ground and basement.
Shelley Sandzer, a leisure property agency, has acted in a deal on behalf of SAMA to find a suitable buyer for their lease in Wimbledon.
The news follows two other Franco Manca sites secured this year in London by Shelley Sandzer located in Earl’s Court and Covent Garden.
Commenting on the deal, Leo Feldman, High Street Agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Shelley Sandzer has an excellent record of placing exciting brands into prime sites in the capital. Wimbledon is a fantastic area and Franco Manca will add a great buzz to the dining scene.”
The restaurant operator, which was acquired by Fulham Shore in March, currently has ten venues in the capital.
Shelley Sandzer acted on behalf of SAMA in Wimbledon.
In the previous deals, Shelley Sandzer represented landlords Wolfe Nominees in Covent Garden and acted for Franco Manca directly in Earl’s Court.
