Regeneration business expands with new North West division

Regeneration specialist Galliford Try Partnerships has opened a North West division and taken new offices in Warrington as part of its plans for expansion and development.

Galliford Try Partnerships, which markets its properties under the Linden Homes North West banner, has moved its 25-strong North West team to a new serviced office space in Rutherford House, Birchwood.

In recent months, the North West division has recruited 20 new members of staff from across all areas of the business – and the company anticipates this growth will continue.

Partnerships is currently building 500 quality new homes under the Linden Homes brand for sale and rent in Brunswick, Manchester as part of a £100million PFI regeneration programme which is completely transforming the area.

The programme combines the construction of high quality new homes with the refurbishment of existing council homes, new sheltered accommodation and a retail area which will provide shops and amenities, as well as a new neighbourhood office.

Brendan Blythe, regional director for Galliford Try Partnerships North West, said: “This is an exciting time for Galliford Try Partnerships and the Linden Homes brand as we continue to grow within the region.

“Relocating to a dedicated office has always been an essential part of our plans for the future as we continue to increase the number of new sites throughout the North West and the number of employees within the division.”
