Key appointment for Lodders’ growing residential property team

Midlands law firm Lodders has announced the appointment of Rachel Phillips as specialist Licensed Conveyancer in its Residential Property team.

Based at the firm’s Stratford upon Avon office, Rachel joins on the back of an extremely busy six months, which has seen a growing number of high value and complex transactions for the team.

A Licensed Conveyancer since 2002, Rachel moves to Lodders following eight years with Cox & Hodgetts Solicitors.

Before relocating to the Midlands, Rachel lived in Bournemouth where she worked for local conveyancing specialist firm Matthew & Matthew.

In the role at Lodders, she is providing dedicated conveyancing services support to the Residential Property team, for all residential property sales and purchases, as well as lease extensions, freehold and leasehold agreements, equity transfers, and right to buy.

“Lodders is a dynamic, forward thinking firm and I am looking forward to working within such a progressive firm and its growing Residential Property team that is centrally located in the region, in the heart of Warwickshire,” says Rachel. “Already, I am working with clients based locally, in and around Warwickshire and Worcestershire, as well as further afield in Dorset and across the South West.”

Lodders’ Residential Property team also includes partners Paul Reed and Alison Wacey, who primarily deal with high value house sales and purchases, including for clients purchasing second and holiday homes, and has a strong base of clients in London and the South East.
