Salford’s Adelphi Warf development reports sellout first phase
The first phase of the Adelphi Wharf residential development in Salford has sold out, according to North West-based property investment and buy-to-let firm Knight Knox.
Due for completion in Q2 2017, phase one of the £75m scheme comprises 206 townhouses and apartments.
Adelphi Wharf is MediaCityUK-based Knight Knox’s 50th development and will be completed over three stages totaling 593 units and 450,000 sq ft of space, including a bicycle storage area and gymnasium, landscaped gardens, a concierge reception and underground parking.
Knight Knox’s commercial director, Andy Phillips, said: “2015 is proving to be a very exciting year for Salford, due to significant investment into the city’s regeneration.
“We’re thrilled to be providing the area with high quality residential property and the quick sale of the first phase demonstrates how valuable this investment opportunity is.”
Situated on Adelphi Street in Salford, the site will be managed by Fortis Lettings and Management while Fortis Developments will serve as its developer.
Fortis’ director, Kieran Moore, commented: “Fortis Developments has worked closely with Salford City Council and Urban Vision to ensure that the design and visual impact of Adelphi Wharf complements the area, whilst incorporating modern architecture along the city’s waterfront.”
