Leeds entrepreneurs launch innovative property selling firm
A duo of Yorkshire entrepreneurs are aiming to shake-up the property market by directly buying from sellers and completing sales within a month.
Mark King and Aayan Abid have launched Property Saviour to provide an ethical solution to selling property quickly, securely and efficiently. The company which opened in Leeds this March is owned outright by the two Yorkshiremen.
Property Saviour offers support to individuals looking to sell property in England and Wales by providing cash to buy properties in any condition and under any circumstances.
The recently formed company is willing to work with all types of property including residential, commercial and land.
Property Saviour are hoping to help individuals avoid stress, save time, require minimal effort for the client and limits all expenditure when selling a property.
Aayan Abid, director of Property Saviour, said: “Property Saviour has been created to buy properties in any condition from individuals in any situation looking to sell. We offer a solution that makes sense for us and our clients. We can guarantee to buy property in England or Wales. We pay cash and can complete deals as quickly as possible; we give clients certainty and can complete a sale within a month.
“We pay all fees for the sale and there are no selling fees. We avoid lengthy drawn out sales procedures by cutting out the middle men, and avoid deals collapsing from situations such as a chain of properties needing to sell simultaneously or mortgage approvals being revoked.”
“Property Saviour makes a fair offer based on the condition of property and what else has sold recently. We will tell a client what a house is worth and how much we will offer. There is no obligation to proceed. We are completely transparent, we are here to help. We will even tell a client if they are better off selling with an estate agent or at auction.”
