Stunning new houses available in Barry
A fabulous collection of two, three and four bedroom homes will be launched in Barry this weekend.
Persimmon Homes East Wales has revealed its new Cwrt Maes Dyfan development in Gibbonsdown, located to the north east of the popular town.
Cwrt Maes Dyfan, which officially launches this Bank Holiday Monday, benefits from easy access to the nearby villages of Dinas Powys and Cadoxton, while Cardiff city is only a little further afield.
The scheme will be made up of a range of 81 properties. These include the stunning Morden, a two bedroom home perfect for first time buyers, which includes a dual-aspect open plan kitchen/dining/living room.
Also on offer is The Moseley, a three bedroom home boasting a spacious second floor bedroom. Other house types for sale at Cwrt Maes Dyfan are The Hanbury, The Souter, The Hatfield, The Clayton Corner and The Leicester.
Victoria Williams, Head of Sales at Persimmon Homes East Wales, said: “We’re really excited to be launching Cwrt Maes Dyfan, which we know is going to be extremely popular with house hunters.
“Barry is a great place to live with excellent transport links and a treasure trove of traditional family run shops, boutiques and delicatessens. It’s many people’s dream to live so close to the seaside and Barry beach is beautiful.
“We’re looking forward to showing people exactly what’s on offer at Cwrt Maes Dyfan. Come and visit us from Saturday.”
The benefits of buying a new-build home have been greater. According to recent research by the NHBC, those who live in new-build homes could save more than £1,400 a year on their energy bills when compared to neighbours in older homes – that’s £35,000 over a 25-year mortgage.
Buying new also gives people the chance to personalise their home using Persimmon Homes’ Finishing Touches. The home can be personalised inside and out and enhanced by adding or upgrading selected items.
Persimmon promises expertly-designed homes, a dedicated customer care line, two-year Persimmon defect cover, 10-year NHBC warranty and a 24-point check on each new property.
The popular Help to Buy Wales scheme is available at Cwrt Maes Dyfan, which means that buyers may only need to find a five per cent deposit for their dream new home. The Government will provide a 20 per cent loan, leaving a 75 per cent mortgage.
For more information, visit Cwrt Maes Dyfan, Gibbonsdown Rise, from Thursday to Monday, between 11am and 6pm. Alternatively, call 01446 502 390 or visit www.persimmonhomes.com
