Arsenal FC appoints Indonesian company as Official Telecoms Partner
Arsenal Football Club has Indosat as the club’s Official Telecommunications Partner in Indonesia.
The two year partnership will see the club work with the telecommunication network and services provider to offer a number of benefits and incentives to its customers and Arsenal fans in Indonesia.
Arsenal’s Chief Commercial Officer, Vinai Venkatesham said: “Arsenal has a huge following in Indonesia and following our 2013 pre-season tour, which saw the team travel to Jakarta, the fan base has grown significantly.
“More Indonesian fans follow Arsenal on Facebook than in any other country and we are delighted that our commitment to, and popularity in, Indonesia has been recognised through this agreement.
“Partnering with Indosat will allow us to further grow and engage with our supporters in Indonesia through the delivery of unique Arsenal content across Indosat’s extensive mobile network.”
Indosat’s President Director and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We are proud to enter into a partnership with Arsenal, one of the most renowned football clubs in the world.
“We believe that this collaboration will provide more value added services and benefits for Indosat customers as well as increasing the number of Arsenal fans in Indonesia.”
