NoChintz revamps North West commercial space following new client wins
Branding and interior design studio NoChintz is revamping commercial and leisure space across the North West following a string of new client wins.
Based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the latest firms to team up with NoChintz include regeneration company Urban Splash and property developer Capital & Centric, both of which are also based in the city.
Working with Urban Splash has seen NoChintz redesigning schemes such as Trafford Park’s Schoolhouse building and the Tea Factory, a site in Liverpool comprising 64,079 sq ft of office, leisure and retail space.
Elsewhere, the deal with Capital & Centric means NoChintz is working to strengthen the developer’s North West commercial portfolio with new office designs.
Captial & Centric co-founder Tim Healtey said: “We appointed NoChintz because they’ve delivered pioneering design in other sectors such as bars, restaurants and hotels.
“We’re bringing that same approach to our unique range of workspaces. They are experts in designing creative work environments that have personality and flair.”
Now, NoChintz is working with the first tenants of the revamped Tempest building in Liverpool to guide them through the fit-out and design process.
The firm’s associate director, Leanne Wookey, commented: “We are incredibly excited to be working with a client who wants to challenge how workspaces are perceived. It’s something we are passionate about and something we already have a great track record in delivering.”
