Upgrade adds sizzle to Wealthcare's website
Financial advisory firm Wealthcare has upgraded its website with a host of new features designed to improve its service to existing and potential clients.
The five-month project was carried out by Bolton agency Sizzle Creative.
The improvements enable clients to securely log on to Bury-based Wealthcare’s internal data system to transfer documents, send messages and stay up-to-date with their finances.
Other user-friendly additions include technology which automatically re-sizes the site to suit any device on which it is viewed.
Measures to make the site easier to navigate also feature strongly, including colour coding for Wealthcare’s core divisions – individual, corporate, healthcare and mortgages.
Staff profiles, more information about Wealthcare’s range of services and a company news section have also been introduced.
Richard Harris, joint managing director of Wealthcare, said: “We gave Sizzle Creative the brief to design and develop a digital platform with a focus on providing an excellent user experience.
“With mobile web traffic overtaking that via desktops in 2014, it is important that all of our existing and potential customers receive an optimal viewing and user experience, no matter which device they use to access our website.
“We’re delighted with the improved website, as it also symbolises how we have modernised the business in the past year, with new premises, a new brand identity and greater use of social media channels.”
Sizzle director Paul McMahon said: “I believe we’ve delivered not only an aesthetically-pleasing website, but also a functional sales tool that will help Wealthcare to flourish even more strongly over the coming years.”
Wealthcare provides advice and planning on employee benefits, pensions, investments and mortgages.
Its Harris Cainer Warner division provides advice and planning on private healthcare and cash plans.
Wealthcare has more than £70m of funds under management for a nationwide client base of individuals, trustees, companies and their employees.
