Leeds agency secures Costa Coffee contract over London competitors
Leeds-based ResearchBods has beaten a number of London agencies to secure a major contract with Costa Coffee.
The coffee shop giant selected ResearchBods to recruit, build and manage an on-going, bespoke online insight community.
Costa is aiming to broaden its market research efforts by creating an online insight community.
Carol Welch, brand and innovation director at Costa, said: “We understand the importance of giving our customers a voice. The Costa community will do just that, allowing us to gain a greater understanding of what our customers want from the Costa brand and providing us with priceless insight into how we can learn and adapt to suit their tastes and needs.”
Hosted on ResearchBods’ ex-plor platform, the Costa community will be accessible anytime, anywhere via the ex-plor app.
Jonathan Clough, director at ResearchBods added “We aim to enrich Costa’s market research efforts by enabling more readily available interactions with their customer base via the ex-plor platform. This will, in turn, benefit both the brand and their customers.”
The Costa insight community follows a number of other client wins for ResearchBods ex-plor platform, including Penguin Random House, the London Evening Standard and The Independent.
