Summer ends on a high at Business Central

As autumn is now truly upon us here at Business Central we bid farewell to a busy summer.

Our centre opened its doors back in April and I think it is fair to say it has been a whirlwind of welcoming new tenants, businesses dropping by to utilise our Open Space as well as taking full advantage of our meeting rooms.

I thought I would take this opportunity to reflect on our very first summer and what the autumn holds for our centre. Harvey and Hugo were welcomed as our first tenants and it has been delightful to see them creating their own space in what was an empty shell. They were closely followed by Northstar Ventures and since then we have had a range of businesses from a wide variety of sectors including marketing and consultancy.

Our centre is currently home to 18 tenants five of which have taken up dual Open Space memberships.

Just recently we welcomed Press Ahead into our Open Space. The marketing company currently hold tenancy in our sister site the North East Business and Innovation Centre (BIC) and because of their expanding client base in the Darlington area, have chosen to have a presence in our building too.

Motorpocket are a car finance company based in London and have expanded into the North East choosing Business Central as their head office.

Autumn brings with it interesting events held here at Business Central including; Marketing Magic as well as ProjectExport Surgery. Not to mention that once a month there will be free support from our industry experts with Sales and Marketing Surgeries.
