Life’s sweet for DDCA at the Toffee Factory
Life is sweet for DDCA, as the creative agency has moved into new premises in Newcastle’s iconic Toffee Factory.
The full-service agency has packed up and left its Maling Court office, its home for the past two and a half years, and set up a new studio in the Toffee Factory, Ouseburn’s creative hub.
The agency, whose team consists of experienced designers, writers and communications professionals, opened the doors of its new premises this week, and the team are already relishing the opportunities that the change of scenery will bring.
Danielle Dunn, managing director of DDCA, said: “We’re always looking at the best ways to offer top-level design, digital and communications to our clients, and we know that moving to the Toffee Factory, the type of inspirational working environment creative agencies dream of, is the ideal next step.”
The move sees DDCA sharing the Toffee Factory’s rooftop terrace and rubbing shoulders with a raft of contemporary firms and agencies, something that Danielle believes will bring out the best in the agency.
“It’s an old cliché, but there’s nothing better for creative companies than a bit of healthy competition,” explains Danielle, “moving to the Toffee Factory, amongst all those other brilliant businesses, shows how far we’ve come in a relatively short time and gives a clear indication of what we can and what we will achieve in the coming years.”
DDCA provides marketing, design and web solutions to clients across the UK. After starting out as Danielle’s own marketing consultancy, the Danielle Dunn Communications Agency quickly grew in size, with a recent soft rebrand to Digital Design Communications Agency solidifying the agency’s commitment to providing a full spectrum of marketing solutions to clients.
Danielle adds: “Our door is open, our kettle is usually freshly boiled and we’re always excited to talk through ideas with clients.”
