Leeds recruitment agency reaches £15m turnover mark

Leeds-based recruitment agency TSA is currently experience a growth period after achieving £15m turnover since its inception in 2012.

The firm, which is supported by international accountancy firm Mazars, was launched in Leeds by entrepreneurs Richard Dobson and Michael Warburton.

Plans are currently underway to extend TSA’s current offices at Sandford Lodge, Bridge Road in Kirkstall to accommodate the growing business.

This is expected to complete in January 2016, and in the month TSA plan to open a Nottingham office with further plans to expand into London in 2017.

TSA is a specialist recruitment firm for the construction, property and engineering sectors. With a nationwide clientele Michael and Richard have grown the business from a £0-£15m turnover in three years, with forecast turnover set to increase at the year end to £17m.

TSA currently employs 21 staff members which includes three new recent appointments of Johnny Dawkins as a Senior Consultant, Zohya Caan, Senior Consultant and Catherine Scutts as Principle Consultant.

Richard Dobson, director at TSA, said: “Growth has always been a key driver of our five year plan and as part of this we are expanding our presence in Leeds and beyond with the Nottingham and London offices. We have outgrown our current office but our extension plans will give us much needed additional space and allow us to remain at Sandford Lodge.

“Michael and I worked previously for a PLC business and setting up our own business three years ago has given us great freedom.
