Liverpool agency to market commercial space at Vita Student’s £27m development
University accommodation firm Vita Student has appointed Merseyside-based commercial property agency Hitchcock Wright & Partners to market commercial space in its £27m Liverpool development.
The two commercial units, located on the ground floor of Vita Student Liverpool’s accommodation on the corner of Victoria Street and Crosshall Street, comprise 3,294 sq ft and can be let as either a single unit or two separate spaces.
Once the three-phase development is completed later this month, 357 student studios will be created. The work has included the construction of an onsite gym, cinema room, games area and study facilities.
Hitchcock Wright & Partners’ John Barker said of the development: “The highly prominent location of this space makes it a fantastic opportunity for a commercial occupier to be in the heart of Liverpool city centre and take advantage of the high quality unit on offer.
“With the Metquarter close by and the recently opened Shankly Hotel situated on Victoria Street, the area is already a popular leisure destination, which will only be helped further by the completion of Vita Student Liverpool.”
The units have been placed on the market with a purchase price of £330k.
