Taylor&Emmet recruits new corporate head

Taylor&Emmet LLP is welcoming a new head of corporate finance and commercial law to strengthen the advice it provides to organisations across Yorkshire.

The Sheffield-based firm has appointed Neil Large as a partner, adding his extensive skills and experience in deal making to its established corporate finance department.

Neil has worked as a corporate solicitor for more than 15 years and joins Taylor&Emmet from a firm in the north east. He will handle all types of transactions, from acquisitions and disposals, including management buy outs/ins, to reorganisations, demergers, spin outs and s110 insolvency act reconstruction schemes. He also brings expertise in start ups, joint ventures, banking, debt and asset finance, venture capital and private equity funding.
