TLJ provides locks for Edinburgh Napier University accommodation
TLJ Security Systems has provided an electronic locking system to new student accommodation for nursing students at Edinburgh Napier University.
The TLJ Infinity keycard locking system will be installed at the new student development of 217 en-suite student bedrooms on Slateford Road, just outside the city centre.
Luke Martin, director at TLJ, said: “Although we can supply and install our locking systems to all our clients, it is also possible to order our products and use your own in-house joiners for installation.”
“We provide a CAD (computer aided design) file of the holes required for our locking system to the door manufacturer of development projects so they can automatically drill out the necessary holes. This offers a tremendous saving in time and labour.”
“We deliver our locks and, once installed, we will provide the necessary staff training and commission the locking system.”
The TLJ Infinity system controls access throughout the Slateford building, which is made up of blocks, flats and bedrooms. Key fobs will limit who has access to individual rooms in each flat.
