Keppie Massie takes Liverpool to London
Leading property agents Keppie Massie are set to represent Liverpool at the UK’s biggest property show this autumn.
A team of investment and development specialists from Keppie Massie will exhibit at the Property Investor and Homebuyer Show at ExCel London on 9 and 10 October.
Keppie Massie is the only Liverpool agent to exhibit at the show which sees thousands of investors flock to the capital from all over the world.
Debra Beach, branch manager at Keppie Massie Residential says: “The London property market bubble is fit to burst and as a result investors are looking outside of the capital. Other Northern cities, such as Manchester and Leeds have done extremely well by tapping in to the investor market. Liverpool has been a little bit on the back foot but we’re determined we should be capitalising on this opportunity. We have a lot to offer as a City, not least in terms of excellent rental yields and capital growth.
“Keppie Massie’s residential and commercial departments will be represented and. we will be showcasing a portfolio of properties available at present, as well as some bigger projects which are ripe for conversion or redevelopment together with offering advice and information on investing in our great City.”
The Property Investor Show is aimed at anyone interested in property investment from first time investors to professional landlords with multi-million pound portfolios. It takes place at ExCel, Royal Victoria Dock, London on 9 and 10 October and will feature seminars from the like of the National Landlords Association and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
