Progressive Digital Media moves to new Manchester office
Progressive Digital Media is moving to a new base on Oxford Street in Manchester after signing up for space at property firm Helical Bar’s Churchgate building.
The content company has secured 6,604 sq ft on a 10-year lease through the Manchester office agency team of real estate firm CBRE and chartered surveyors OBI Property.
Andrew Wilson, Progressive’s property director, said: “CBRE’s valued understanding of our business has allowed us to move quickly into a strategic office location in the city.”
In addition to its UK offices, Progressive has operations in the US, Asia and Australia.
Kirsty Littleford, CBRE’s Manchester-based associate director of office agency, commented: “The latest letting to Progressive Digital Media adds to the lettings success Churchgate has received since its re-launch in May last year.
“The historic and attractive property offers some of the largest floorplates in the city and following Helical Bar’s investment into the building, it’s easy to see why Churchgate has fast become one of the most sought after office locations in the city.”
Progressive’s move comes in the wake of coworking office provider Workplace establishing its first venue at the Grade II-listed Churchgate building, which Helical Bar acquired last year.
