Digital Innovation Labs: Tech/Connect Event in Leeds, 14th October

Here at Amsource Technology we are proud to be partnering with one of our key clients BJSS Ltd, who are sponsors of Leeds Business Week, to host an invitation only event on Wednesday 14th October.

The session will run from 6-8pm at the offices of BJSS in Leeds City Centre, and drinks and food will be provided.

The event is titled “Digital Innovation Labs” and will be hosted by Simon Sear (Head of Digital at BJSS).

This talk will focus on digital innovation:

• Sharing the ‘Innovator’s DNA’ based on Harvard’s leading research on the topic; those key behavioural skills people need to be good innovators.
• Describing what good looks like; repeatable processes that take organisations from initial research through to the delivery of new products and services.
• A number of case studies with examples of where digital technologies, like Big Data, Mobile and Cloud are innovating services, products and sometimes whole industries.

What will attendees take away?

• A better understanding of Innovation, the behavioural skills people need to be good innovators.
• Clarity on how to organise and put an Innovation Lab into action within their organisation including the type of process and methods to achieve success.
• Insight into some of the disruptive innovations that are impacting all sectors.

The talk will be followed by a Q&A session, and informal discussions and networking.
