Prospect Estates secure double deals at Leeds site
Following the recent sale of two large detached industrial units totaling 112,839 sq ft to Prospect Estates, CBRE’s Industrial Agency team in Leeds has now completed double lettings to Wolseley and Franklin Windows.
Prospect Estates purchased the former Leeds direct mail facility comprising 112,839 sq ft for an undisclosed sum.
CBRE then won the instruction to market the facility which contains two detached warehouse units.
The units, launched as Prospect Park, are located on a 4.21 acre site just off the Leeds Outer Ring Road within an established industrial hub in the Seacroft area where existing local occupiers include Leeds City Council, NPower, Royal Mail, Virgin Media and Unilever.
Dave Cato, associate director of industrial agency at CBRE Leeds, said; “We are delighted to have successfully secured double lettings for Prospect Estates. The deals offer a fantastic opportunity for Wolseley and Franklin Windows to acquire well-connected accommodation, with the potential for redevelopment, within a recognised industrial location with established neighbouring operations.”
