Shelley Sandzer completes trio of deals in Watford
Leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer has acted in a host of deals bringing a trio of restaurant concepts to Watford.
Popular gourmet burger restaurant, Meat and Shake, is taking a 2,600 sq ft site split over ground floor and mezzanine levels. Located at 127 High Street Watford, it will have space for 150 covers and is due to open in early October.
The Watford restaurant will also feature a new smoke house concept menu, as well as the brand’s trademark burgers, which is to then be rolled out across Meat and Shake’s Tooting and Ealing Broadway restaurants. The interior was created by Design LSM.
Faborjé, a brand new restaurant and bar concept, is to take a 7,000 sq ft debut site in the UK located at 46 The Parade. Faborjé will be opening mid-October and features a ground floor with a raised ground floor level for dining. The modern design of the site was carried out by Mark Jacobs interiors and offers fresh and locally sourced produce in addition to entertainment whilst dining.
Lastly, nightclubs Twisted Monkey and Hydeout, owned by REL Leisure, are opening at 46 The Parade adjacent to new restaurant Faborjé. On basement level, Hydeout will be launching in October, joining the recently opened Twisted Monkey on the ground floor. The combined site is spread over 22,000 sq ft in total. Shelley Sandzer represented Valad Europe for both Faborjé and REL Leisure.
