Letting secured at Meadowbank Business Park

Acting on behalf of Tweedale Way Properties, Nolan Redshaw has secured the letting of Unit A2 at Meadowbank Business Park, Hollingwood, Oldham

North West based Commercial Property Maintenance Services provider, Worksolv Limited will occupy the modern industrial unit, comprising 6,291 sq.ft. of space, on a new ten year lease.
