Delisserie to open fourth venue in North London
New York Deli and Grill, Delisserie has secured a 3,000 sq ft site to open its fourth venue, owned by the Premier Grill restaurants chain.
Shelley Sandzer, a leisure property agency, has acted in a deal on behalf of the company, which will move into 17-21 Shenley Road, Borehamwood in November.
Delisserie’s newest restaurant will provide space for 120 covers across a ground floor level.
Ian Davies, Managing Director and founder of Delisserie, added: “We have been trading very well across our portfolio and it felt like the right time to take the next step and continue to grow by adding another site. Shelley Sandzer guided us through the process quickly and confidently with expert advice and we are thrilled to be opening in Borehamwood before the end of the year.”
Commenting on the deal, Casey Phillips, Acquisitions Agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Borehamwood is an affluent North West London suburb akin to Stanmore, Temple Fortune and Hatch End where Delisserie has a tried and tested market. We are very happy to have secured this new site and help continue to expand their brand within the capital.”
Shelley Sandzer works with many of the industry’s most highly regarded restaurant brands, centres, developments and high streets in London and throughout the UK, including Patty & Bun, Ninth Ward and most recently Portland restaurant, Blixen, and Maple and Fitz.
