Leeds contracting specialist on target for record year
Leeds-based contracting specialist Nova Contracting, is set to to achieve another record year for growth, with an increase of 60% in contractor registrations over the last 12 months.
The company has also seen a 34% increase in the number of payments made so far this year, compared to the same period in 2014.
Marcus Green, Nova contracting director, said: “We’re on target for another record year, with growth in registrations over the last two years now reaching 117% and clients citing strong customer service and confidence in the compliance and value of our employment solutions as reasons for choosing us.
“We have to remain cautious about future growth projections in the current market, however, with a number of pending legislative changes due to impact on our industry.
“Any new law announced in the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement on November 25, would not come into effect until April 2016, so we will have time to develop fully compliant solutions which meet the new requirements, but we are monitoring developments closely.”
Nova operates across the logistics, industrial, education, healthcare, catering and hospitality sectors, working with UK recruitment agencies and contractors to reduce costs, increase profits and deliver flexible employment solutions.
