Ten Years of Dedicated Service
This month Mactech Engineering and Inspection are celebrating ten years of service from their Recruitment and Operations Manager.
Anthony Thompson joined the team back in 2005, and during this time has built a strong resource support department, that assists Mactech in all of their project recruitment requirements, as well as on-going operational support for worldwide onsite field representatives.
During the last ten years Anthony has built strong relationships with both clients and sub-contractors receiving plenty of recommendation and praise along the way. Many commenting on his professional, organised and timely manner.
To mark his dedicated service, Anthony was presented with a personalised celebration cake and vouchers for Newcastle United, which for a lifelong fan of the club was received well. On his milestone Mactech’s Managing Director, Andrew McFarlane, stated ‘in this industry having loyal and dedicated members of staff is essential. Anthony allows for the company to meet client requirements quickly and efficiently due to his understanding of the companies we work with.’
Mactech is driven to developing long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships with their clients and having committed members of staff makes this process easier.
