Peterlee’s Albany Assistance launches 50 strong recruitment drive
Claims management company Albany Assistance, part of Redde plc, has launched a recruitment drive to hire fifty new starters, representing the company’s largest expansion initiative to date.
Neil Ackinclose, Head of Operations, revealed that the additional positions are a product of the Peterlee-based business’ ongoing new business success, as well as significant increases in activity with existing accounts.
He said: “Whilst such growth always presents really big challenges, it is great to bring new people into the team and the existing people get the opportunity to develop”.
“In total, this is the largest expansion programme our business has seen in many years and it is fantastic that it is right here in the North East”.
The additional roles will mainly be contact centre advisor positions although specialist support roles are also being recruited.
In order to recruit the required volume of candidates, HR Manager, Peter Stabler has partnered up with PerTemps, the UK’s largest independent recruitment agency.
He said: “For this latest recruitment drive we are pulling out all the stops, including testing innovative social and online methods of recruitment, as well as re-launching our internal ‘Recommend a Friend’ campaign.”
Albany Assistance provides outsourced insurance claims services to major UK insurance providers and brokers. Their services include nationwide claims management, vehicle repair and vehicle replacements.
