Independent cruise retailer, Reader Offers Ltd, is holding double celebrations in recognition of its continual focus on staff motivation and development.

The team has won the coveted ‘Nurturing Talent’ award in The Peer Awards for Excellence People and Performance category for its CPD-accredited Cruise Academy of Excellence programme, which has been the catalyst to a dramatic increase in the promotion of internal applicants for more senior roles.

The Peer Awards win follows on from Reader Offers’ own 6th Annual Signature of Distinction Awards event, during which staff from across the company were recognised for their individual achievements.
