AFS celebrates 20 years of innovation

Trafford Park-based independent compressed air firm AFS Ltd is celebrating two decades in business.

The firm has secured its place as one of the UK’s leading providers of compressed air and liquid filtration solutions, turning over in excess of £3 million and utilizing a highly skilled workforce of 15.

Founding the business on the core principles of integrity, technical expertise and delivering cost efficient solutions, AFS supplies innovative air and filtration solutions to some of the UK’s leading corporate giants, including Warburtons, EDF, Kinnerton, Heinz, United Biscuits and Kellogg’s.

Over the past 20 years, AFS has developed a reputation as the ‘go to’ company for manufacturing organisations looking to improve their process and environmental efficiencies.

Working in sectors such as aerospace, electronics, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, power generation and offshore installations, AFS has built an unrivalled reputation for delivering cutting edge solutions using advanced product specification.

The company is ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified and approved BCAS (British Compressed Air Society) and Safe Contractor approved.

Commenting on the company’s 20 years of trading, AFS Managing Director, Andy Ryan, said: “At the heart of our success is an appetite to deliver world class solutions, each and every time. Our focus is to constantly demonstrate the process and energy saving efficiencies our solutions deliver to clients, with many seeing a return on their investment in less than 12 months.”
