Blackburn-based Haydock Finance celebrates 35th birthday with new milestone
Independent asset finance provider Haydock Finance has reached a new eight-figure milestone as it marks its 35th year in business.
The Blackburn-based company, which was originally established as a motor finance firm, has grown to reach gross receivables of £75m in its three and a half decades of trading.
Haydock Finance’s managing director, Steve Worrall, said: “I have worked within finance for a number of years and have seen Haydock’s asset finance portfolio increase significantly as more and more businesses turn to alternative lenders to fund their ongoing asset requirements.
“It’s a fantastic achievement for everyone who has been involved in the Haydock journey over the past 35 years and we will continue to work closely with our customers, introducers and funders as we move forward to reach our next milestone.”
From its offices on Challenge Way, Haydock employs a team of 28 and provides finance to clients in the logistics, transport, fleet hire, manufacturing, agriculture, forestry and engineering sectors, among others.
Earlier this year, AIM-listed Secure Trust Bank appointed the firm as an authorised representative, as part of Haydock’s drive to reach new small business customers with its asset finance division.
