Prime offices to be released in Bury
Standard Life is close to completing the fit out of the last remaining office space at Knowsley Place, Bury.
The available suite amounts to approximately 6,000 sq ft can be taken as a whole or can be subdivided.
Knowsley place is an £80m mixed used development providing more than 450,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure units. Situated adjacent to Bury Council’s new administrative offices, the scheme is strategically located close to the town’s metrolink station and the surrounding M60 orbital motorway.
Nolan Redshaw and Bilfinger GVA are joint agents on the scheme.
Paul Nolan, Nolan Redshaw said: “This is the only 100% prime office suite available currently in the town and with its central location and state of the art fit out including air conditioning we are expecting strong interest.”
