Showhome wows visitors to Kempsford development
A new showhome in Kempsford is pulling in visitors from across Gloucestershire and beyond.
Built by developer Charles Church, the four-bedroom detached property was unveiled a fortnight ago when the new homes at the Willows were launched and it’s been impressing visitors ever since.
The development off Top Road features a collection of just 21 two, three, four-bedroom homes with prices starting from £264,995.
Pauline Fletcher, sales and marketing director for Charles Church Wessex, said: “Kempsford is a new area for us and we’ve had a lots of interest. We know customers love to look around our showhomes and we are delighted to launch The Meysey – it’s stunning, and visitors have been making some lovely comments.
“I’d urge buyers to come and have a look around for themselves to see what the Willows has to offer. The development promises to become a thriving new community and is ideal for growing families or those looking to downsize.”
The Meysey is a four-bedroom detached home that features a spacious dual aspect living room with French doors leading to the rear garden, open plan kitchen/breakfast room and separate dining room. The first floor comprises the master bedroom with en suite, bedrooms two, three and four as well as the family bathroom.
Help to Buy is available at the Willows to help those who only have access to a five per cent deposit. Under the scheme, the buyer only needs to find a 75 per cent mortgage and the rest is provided by the Government in the form of a 20 per cent equity loan, which is interest and repayment free for the first the five years.
Pauline added: “Help to Buy is a great way of helping people on to the property ladder. Take for example a three-bedroom semi detached property on the market at The Willows for £279,995. Buyers would only need to find a £13,999.75 deposit if they choose to use the scheme, which would result in monthly mortgage repayments of £878.87.”
