Challenger Site Services are flushed with success
Challenger Site Services product was recently featured on the infamous Channel 4 comedy show 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown (Series 7 episode 14). It was designated as the winning prize for one of the teams comprising of Guest Captain Joe Wilkinson, and team member Isy Suttie competing against Sean Lock and popular comedian Bill Bailey. They were joined by Presenter Jimmy Carr, numbers and letters extraordinaire Rachel Riley, and Dictionary Corner hosts Joe Lycett and Susie Dent.
Comedian Jimmy Carr opened the show with his familiar triva slot and promptly exploded into explaining the trivialities of the show.
How did an Award winning company become involved? A few months ago the company was approached by a representative of the production company and asked if they were willing to donate one of Challenger Site Services products i.e. a portable toilet. Of course the answer was yes and the rest as they say is history. Although the name of the company didn’t have the name and logo positioned on the portable W.C there was no mistaking the high standards and quality of a Challenger Site Services Portable Toilet being paraded onto the set.
We won’t spoil the surprise and give away who won the lavatory but you can find out in their blog post
One final piece of trivia …did you know the original title 8 out of 10 cats is derived from a well-known advertising tagline for *‘Whiskas’ cat food, which originally claimed that “8 out of 10 cats prefer Whiskas”. An extraordinary thought!
