RTS' new base at Hurricane Court, Liverpool International Business Park

International firm Rail Tech Solutions to establish North West head office

Global transportation software firm Rail Tech Solutions (RTS) plans to establish a new head office in the North West.

The company has bought two adjoining buildings at Hurricane Court in the heart of Liverpool International Business Park, where it will occupy 4,500 sq ft.

As part of the firm’s efforts to consolidate its presence in the North West, the new base will accommodate 25 RTS employees.

Liverpool-based property agents Hitchcock Wright & Partners acted as a broker on the deal.

Brian Ricketts, an equity partner with Hitchcock Wright & Partners, said: “This is a tremendous boost for Liverpool International Business Park and another positive endorsement from a well-established international company.

“RTS Limited (RTS) was formed in July 2000 with the objective of providing fault and incident management solutions to the rail industry and is one of the UK’s largest railway infrastructure maintenance companies to manage all fault and incident response units.”

He continued: “We are hopeful this will act as a catalyst and bring further high profile names to the park who wish to be associated with other such high profile tenants.

“We currently have a range of accommodation available from 1100 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft in a secure parkland environment and abundant on-site parking. The buildings are to let or for sale.”
