Churchills unveils new-look website for York househunters

Churchills, an independent and family-owned estate agency in York, has revamped its website to introduce a mobile-responsive design, new functionality and social media integration.

The company, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2015, has also introduced a new logo that is fresh and modern, yet reflects Churchills’ traditional colours and established reputation as one of York’s leading ndependent estate agencies.

New functionality at www.churchillsestateagents.co.uk includes floorplans, multiple photos, map views and social media sharing options for Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest. The website is also mobile-responsive, making it easy to view across all devices, including smartphones and tablets.

“With a flourishing property market in York, we wanted to ensure that our branding and website better reflected our proud offline reputation for helping to make the process of buying, selling and letting properties as stress free as possible,” says Kevin Webb, Managing Director at Churchills Estate Agents.

“More than 70 per cent of house hunters in York now look for properties via their mobile phone or tablet but they also prefer to keep it local with an established and well-known estate agent. We’re delighted to introduce a new website that is modern, accessible and welcoming,” Kevin added.

Churchills, which opened its doors in September 1985, has sold approximately 10,000 properties and let 1,500 properties in those 30 years. It is the only estate agent with three offices based in York - Bishopthorpe Road, Gillygate and Front Street.
