Blackbox Solutions partners with Maidstone Council ahead of relocation

Blackbox Solutions has joined forces with Maidstone Borough Council with a new installation at the region’s new startup business facility.

The company has installed an all-in-one printer/scanner/copier and a major piece of eye-catching wall artwork at The Business Terrace as part of a new partnership.

Blackbox Solutions is in the process of relocating its headquarters to the county town from Rochester. The larger Medway Street offices are currently undergoing a substantial re-fit and are expected to be completed by December.

Colin Griffin, Managing Director of Blackbox Solutions, said: “We have enjoyed rapid growth since we began trading in 2012, doubling in size every year. We’re now looking forward to continuing this growth from our new headquarters and wanted to do something to support fellow businesses in Maidstone.

“That’s why we partnered with Maidstone Borough Council and The Business Terrace, a thriving hub of local businesses and entrepreneurs. We hope to do more to back business in Maidstone in the near future.”

Cllr Fran Wilson, Leader of Maidstone Borough Council, said: “It is vital we offer our members and tenants state-of-the-art facilities to give them a professional edge. So we were obviously delighted when Blackbox offered to supply us with a multi-functional device.

“They are investing in Maidstone’s business future by helping us give our start-ups a great start.”
