North West contractors chosen for £100m national framework
Procurement and regeneration services organisation Fusion21 has chosen 44 contractors for its multi-million pound Whole House Framework.
The Liverpool-headquartered social enterprise selected a mix of national and regional contractors for its national framework.
A number of North West-based contractors will be able to secure projects collectively worth £100m over the next four years, including Wigan-based A Connolly; Salford firm DLP Services Northern Ltd; Rochdale’s Jackson, Jackson & Sons; and Hyde-based Premier Energy Solutions.
Wigan contractor Upholland Property Services and Birkenhead’s AB Building Services were also appointed to the framework, as were national contractors Dodd Group and Keepmoat.
Fusion21’s framework manager, Gary Stanfield, said: “Responding to demand from our members and in partnership with the Fusion21 advisory group, we have created a flexible framework which offers customers a whole house approach to planned maintenance.
“Fusion21 members accessing this framework will benefit from working with our existing supply chain, and having the option to call off multiple lots will generate greater efficiency savings for public sector organisations across the country.”
