Recruitment firm embarks on growth Venture with seven-figure funding boost
Venture HR Ltd and Venture Construction Ltd, suppliers of comprehensive recruitment solutions to the construction trade, has received a seven-figure working capital facility from RBS Invoice Finance to support the company’s rapid growth.
Operating its admin function in Essex and its consultancy and sales team in Aldgate, London, Venture HR and Venture Construction is forging ahead with rapid growth since establishing the company four years ago. Combined, the company employs 16 members of staff with a view to increasing this to 30 by the end of 2016.
Predominantly supplying highly skilled labour to the construction industry, Venture HR and Venture Construction is looking to extend their services to multiple disciplines, such as rail and environmental. This will help the firm increase its £3.5m turnover to £10m by the end of 2017.
Carl Thompson, Non-Executive Finance Director, has been brought in to implement the right infrastructure for the company to help them achieve their ambitious targets over the next two years.
Ryan Clarke, Managing Director of Venture HR Ltd and Venture Construction Ltd, said: “We are no stranger to Invoice Finance and the benefits this source of funding can bring. We were lacking a flexible arrangement and this is where RBS Invoice Finance delivered and will pave the way for a working partnership to drive business growth.
“I have been in the recruitment industry for more than 15 years and I am fully aware of how the industry operates. Combined with Carl’s financial direction, this is helping to set targets and plan our business activity which will be responsible for further job creation, increased sales performance and diversity into other industries.”
Steven Munt, RBS Invoice Finance manager, added: “Ryan is testament to how Invoice Finance can help companies achieve expansion with a flexible arrangement in place. We look forward to helping the company deliver on its targets and wish them well as they bring their exciting plans to fruition.”
