Peninsula Business Services named top employer in FT ranking

Manchester-based Peninsula Business Services has been named as the number one employer in finance and consultancy by the Financial Times and Glassdoor’s inaugural Best Places to Work list.

The ranking placed Peninsula, a provider of employment law, HR and health and safety services, in the top spot out of 30 companies across the UK.

The list uses data from Glassdoor, a website where past and present employees can post anonymous reviews of companies and their management.

Peninsula Business Services’ managing director, Peter Done, said today (November 13): “I am absolutely delighted that we have been recognised as one of the top places to work for in the UK, specifically being ranked number one in our speciality field.

“But more than that I feel proud and honoured that the results are based on our employees and their experience with Peninsula.”

Peninsula was praised on Glassdoor for providing career advancement opportunities, ongoing training and management support.
